Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you want in one comprehensive system. Only from Maxliner®

Q: Is it possible to line a pipe through a clean-out to prevent digging?
A: Yes, it is possible to line through cleanouts. Here is a great example
of how our experience differentiates us from other lining systems. Our
installers can reline through a cleanout in order to avoid unnecessary
excavation.
Q: Can I effectively line a pipe, such as a drain line, that has a 90-degree
bend?
A: Yes you can. The Max WovoLiner is a soft, woven, extremely flexible
liner that was specifically designed with this scenario in mind. The WovoLiner
will effectively negotiate bends with minimal binding or wrinkling, and
will also be effective for diameter transitions.
Q: Most laterals in my area start out as 4" cast iron and transition
to 6" clay. Is this possible to line?
A: Yes it is. MaxLiner carries two different liners, the MaxFlexLiner,
and the MaxWovoLiner, which both have substantial expansion to perform
some diameter transitions.
Q: How do I learn to use the MaxLiner System effectively?
A: Training begins upon delivery of your MaxLiner System. We schedule a convenient time to meet at your facility to thoroughly train your team. This typically takes two days; however we will ensure that more time is given until you are proficient and confident in the use of the MaxLiner system. We can also be in attendance on the job site to support and guide your team, as needed.
Q: How will I know which resins and liners to use for a specific
job?
A: MaxLiner's Inversion Chart on our website indicates specific uses for
our wide selection of resins and liners. Also, our technical services staff
remains available 24 hours a day for your questions.
Q: How long does it take for MaxLiner's MaxPox Resins to cure
ambiently?
A: There is no exact answer to this question, as there are many different
variables involved (i.e. ground temperature, quantity of resin, type of
resin, etc.). We can, however, tell you that the time frame for unassisted
curing ranges from 4 to 12 hours.
Q: What makes the MaxLiner System better than the others?
A: Although air inversion installations have been implemented for years,
we at MaxLiner believe that what makes us stand out is not only our inversion
method, but also the portability of our relining system. Our Max LinerGun
weighs only 33 pounds which makes inversions from roof drains and other
confined spaces easy.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive materials and equipment
from MaxLiner?
A: MaxLiner's Distribution Plant in Martinsville, Virginia carries a vast
amount of inventory for our Customers. If the item you are requiring is
in stock in Martinsville, it can be at your facility overnight or in approximately
7 days for standard shipping. If, by chance, these items are not in stock,
please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Q: Are there franchising or licensing fees?
A: No. There are no expensive hidden costs or exclusive territories. So
you can start offering this revolutionary system now!
